Mrs. Monk's Would-be Diary, should have been written by Mrs. Monk, since she is the "Writer" in the family.
However, since she is a writer only in the conceptual sense, I have undertaken to fill these pages on her behalf.
If not by her, these pages will certainly be about her, and other important matters of the day

Mrs Monk’s Would-Be Diary .........

Anslem Kiefer’s twin towers of concrete and exposed reinforcement has been placed in the Royal Academy Courtyard, following the epic qualities of ’Damien Hursts Virginand Rodin’s Gates of Hell.

What will appear next? Can they keep it up which is a question I wondered about as I surveyed what appeared to a precarious Heath and Safety issue as small children wandered inside the fragile beast which appeared to be supported by not much more than a prayer.

Structural engineers were employed, no doubt, but so were they at Ronan Point, which must have appeared in the 60’s, to be a lot more structurally sound than Jericho.

But then appearing unsound was, I assume, the point.
